Hold the Line
Your cards are on a conveyor belt. The enemy is coming for the line.
Every card fires as it reaches the launch gate, then loops back around. What it does depends on its neighbours: a Bellows boosts the card after it, a Mirror echoes the card before it, and two Storm cards side by side make Chain Bolt strike twice. Same five cards, different order, completely different power.
How it plays
- Pick 5 of 10 cards before the run. It takes ten seconds, no deckbuilding homework.
- Summon, swap and merge to arrange your belt. Merging makes a card hit more targets. Forging makes a whole card type hit harder.
- Between waves, the belt stops. Take your time, rearrange, and pick one of three upgrades that change the rules for the rest of the run.
- Survive as long as you can. Runners, armored Shells, Splitters, Tanks and a boss every five waves each push you to rethink your setup.
Combos to discover
- Bellows → Battery → Mirror: a boosted charge, then an echo of it
- Venom → Fuse: stack poison, then detonate it all at once
- Hoard: turns the cards you've parked on your bench into ammunition

Early playtest build. The numbers are still being tuned. After your second run there's a one-minute feedback form, and every answer shapes the next version. Thanks for playing!
